Maintenance Electrician

Critical Competences and Skills Required:

Strong leadership skills
Knowledge of Poultry Processing equipment and maintenance
Good interpersonal skills
Good planning and organizational skills
Flexibility and adaptability with regards to breakdowns and working hours

Fitter

Results Required:

Minimize downtime and eliminate wastage by attending to breakdowns thoroughly and fast.
Execute all scheduled maintenance job cards allocated.
Conduct preventative maintenance as per schedule.
Comply with SOPs and general manufacturing practices for the food environment.
Adhere to manufacturer’s service schedules.
Eliminate excessive use of spare parts by planning jobs properly.
Adherence to the Time and Attendance procedure.
Administer job cards accurately.
Complete a shift handover to the next shift.
Morning Shift : 04:00 – 12:15 (7 days in followed by 4days shift rest) – Shift rest falls on Thursday – Sunday. They come on Monday as Night shift.
Afternoon Shift: 12:00 – 20:15 (7 days in followed by 1 day shift rest) – Shift rest its only Wednesday. They come in as Morning shift on Thursday
Night shift: 20:00 – 04:15 (7 days in followed by 2 days shift rest) – Shift rest is Monday and Tuesday. They come in as Afternoon shift on Wednesday.
