Collaboration, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) Lead, Zimbabwe

 

Candidates must have the following key qualifications:

  •  Master’s or Ph.D. degree in a related field highly preferred plus a minimum of (3) three years relevant work experience; or
  •  Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience is required.
  •  Professional experience to include qualitative and quantitative research and assessments, report writing and presentations, M&E systems development and implementation, and facilitation of knowledge-sharing workshops or events.
  •  A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the integration of CLA into field programming is required, experience conducting such programming in Zimbabwe or a similar country context is strongly preferred.
  •  Experience collaborating with a variety of external stakeholders including the host country government, international donors, and the private sector.
  •  Experience developing and applying resources to create, capture, organize, and share knowledge across technical sectors, multiple donors, private investors, and within project activities and staff.
  •  Demonstrated knowledge of agriculture, livelihoods, resilience, and/or food security programming preferred.
  •  Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing dynamic feedback systems to capture experiential learning and unintended consequences.
  •  Experience with international donor projects, especially USAID and Food for Peace, preferred.
  •  Strong English language skills are required, knowledge of languages spoken in Matabeleland North is preferred but not required.Application SubmissionQualified candidates especially women are encouraged to send their applications.
