Branch Manager
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A Degree in Banking and Finance, Marketing, Business Studies, Economics, Retail Management or similar from a recognized and reputable tertiary institution
- Possess at least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Have solid financial planning and analysis skills
- Possess a strong ability to undertake effective credit appraisals and analysis
- Have strong leadership and management skills
- Should possess above-average communication and presentation skills and the ability to relate well at all levels

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Assistant Relationship Manager X1, Corporate and Institutional Banking that has arisen within the Corporate and Wholesale Banking Division, CBZ Bank Limited.
Qualifications, Skills and experience required
- A Degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, Accounting or similar from a recognized and reputable tertiary institution
- Possession of a post graduate qualification such as IOBZ, ACCA, CIMA or similar will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years’ Banking experience in a related function is essential
- Be self-motivated with a drive to positively contribute to the profitability of the Department
- Extensive knowledge and skills in credit administration will be an added advantage
