DEPUTY DIRECTOR – VOTER REGISTRATION & DELIMITATION

Person Specifications

  • Degree in Geography and Environment Science, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent, and a relevant professional qualification;
  • A Master’ degree in ICT or higher qualification is an added advantage;
  • 5 years of supervisory/managerial experience in geo-database analysis and management, GIS, statistical analysis, registration data management;
  • Knowledgeable in ICT capacity and risk assessment, data cleaning and analysis of national surveys or national data sets;
  • Advanced ICT skills and proficiency in spreadsheets, databases , statistical analysis packages and other data management software;
  • Geographical mapping and GIS and geo-data base management skills
  • Skills in demographics and social statistics quantitative methods
  • Knowledge of field mapping and geographical mapping practices
  • Spatial analysis skills
  • Map designing, visualization and production.
