Learning and Development Officer

Experience:

  • Minimum 3years’ experience in Learning & Development environment.

Requirements:

 

Experience:

  • Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance with 4-5 years of experience in an industrial business.
  • Oil industry experience is preferred.
  • CPA or Post-graduate degree in accounting is preferred.
  • Must possess a thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles

Skills: 

  • Familiarity with Navision Systems is a plus.

Retail Lubricants Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Collate market information and develop a data base of retail sites and partners that could be developed as long term customers for the supply of lubricants.
  • Maintain the customer files including correspondence, agreements and pricing
  • Meet the agreed targets as per the company performance review process
  • Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers as the front end point of contact for PUMA.
  • Liaise with accounts department to maintain the required credit control targets with regular and appropriate information sharing on your customer accounts
  • Promote the company’s image as a credible supplier of quality lubricants meeting the highest industry standards with regards to product performance and specifications
  • Develop an efficient call plan and manage travel within your area meeting the required budget guidelines
  • Assist customers with technical expertise as required
  • Assist both colleagues and customers to ensure safety standards and product quality standards are adhered to at all times by Puma Energy.

Requirements:

Logistics Transport Supervisor

Experience

  • Qualified diesel technician or an equivalent technical qualification in Mechanical engineering.
  • A measure of technical understanding concerning heavy goods vehicles transportation by road.
  • At least ten years’ experience in the maintenance and operation of road tankers transporting dangerous goods in bulk.
  • At least five years’ experience in a middle  management position in the maintenance and operation of Road Tankers transporting automotive fuels or specialized dangerous goods in bulk
  • Hands on experience in conducting vehicle and safety audits in a dangerous goods road transportation environment.
  • Above average knowledge of dangerous goods road tankers and equipment used.
  • Work experience in a technical field.
  • Code appropriate driver’s license
  • Proven record of accomplishment as being able to self-manage, motivate and coach others.
