Seriti has opened an excellent opportunity for South Africa’s young graduates with big dreams in mining. The 2023 Internship programme is open to many departments, from Mining, Communication, and other departments.
Seriti will give ambitious young graduates them to launch their careers under proper guidance and leadership. The programme will groom successful candidates into you and bright professionals ready to showcase their skills to the world.
The company will also assist the successful candidates in completing the certificate if they are registered for Annexure E with DMRE. This also applies to any certifications that the successful candidates are written that the company deem necessary to assist.
Key Responsibilities
The most significant responsibility of this internship programme is for the successful candidates to learn as much as possible under a guided structure of 48 months.
- The company will assign you relevant roles that you are expected to learn from despite your department
- Present necessary leadership and management skills after each stage in the learning process for the candidate to finish as a great leader
- The interns shall attend all meetings, seminars and courses that help to enhance their industry knowledge and experience.
- Will be expected to participate fully in the identification and proposal of new solutions that may add value to the company in general and the department in particular

Key requirements
- A degree or equivalent in the relevant field of study
- Being registered for suitable courses in the areas of study is an added advantage
