Development Practitioners Network (DPN) is a membership based non-profit organisation founded to champion professionalism in the development sector in Zimbabwe and beyond. The organisation offers programs targeting undergraduates, graduates and development professionals in areas of soft skills trainings and career guidance.
The organisation is seeking individuals to fill in Training Coordinator post which have arisen.

Development Practitioners Network is looking for a self-starting professional to fill in the vacancy of Training Coordinator that has risen in the organisation. Successful candidate will be required to supervise different training programs offered by the organisation to its student members, general members, graduates and professionals in the field of development. The training Coordinator will closely work with the Programs Coordinator and the team to ensure smooth flow of Trainings.

Roles and Responsibilities

Identifying training needs and mapping out learning and development plans for student members, graduates and other professionals in the field of development; Developing training curriculum, modules and other related materials; Facilitate trainings; Building rapport with partner organisations, tertiary institutions and other CSOs; Creating training schedules.

Qualification

A minimum of a university degree in Development Studies or any relevant Social Science; Knowledgeable, experienced and passionate in initiating youth programming. Experience in training is an added advantage.

Skills
Self-starter; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to work under minimum supervision.
