Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be tasked with providing academic leadership to the Department/Institute. They are expected to guide and contribute to basic and applied research, innovation, and industrialization programs. Additionally, the candidate will teach courses at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, including Soil Biology and Fertility, Soil Chemistry and Productivity, Soil Health, and Organic Farming. The role involves coordinating and participating in the supervision of Undergraduate and Postgraduate research students, with prior University teaching experience being advantageous.
