SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Formulate,implement and monitor sound financial strategies to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company.
-Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements in conformity with International Financial Reporting Standards and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare,implement and monitor annual budgets to ensure that financial objectives are met.
QUALIFICATIONS,EXPERIENCE,KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
-6 ‘O’ Level passes including English Language and Mathematics,all obtained within no more than two sittings,preferably passed with a symbol ‘B’ or better and at least 2 ‘A’ level passes.
-A minimum of a recognized Degree in Accounting or any related field.
-A professional qualification i.e ACCA,CIMA,CIS,from a recognized awarding institution or progress in studies toward the attainment of same,an added advantage.
-At least 3 years financial accounting experience within the Insurance
