Client Relations Officer
Handling client calls and organising emails.
Handling Customer Complaints.
Creating and Maintaining Client files.
Liaising with internal teams and colleagues to resolve problems and find solutions.
Designing ways to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Designing programmes to enhance excellent client services within the organisation.
Fostering good Public Relations for the organisation.
Giving reports as required by management.
Giving advice to management regarding Client Services and PR Issues.
Qualifications:Degree in Public Relations or relevant qualification with a minimum of 2 years work Experience.
