Applicants must have at least an upper second class degree in Civil and Water Engineering or Structural Engineering plus a Masters Degree or MPhil in Construction Project Management, Construction Management or Civil Engineering Discipline. A PhD in Construction Management, Civil Engineering and/ or registration with a professional body will be an added advantage. Successful candidates should be capable of teaching across a range of traditional and contemporary subjects including the following: Site Surveying, Engineering Surveying and Structural Design.
