Description :

The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out driving and stores duties , recording and distributing purchases made to the relevant departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performing the stock management and control functions
  • Receiving stock deliveries and confirming with Order raised
  • Issuing of stock requests to user departments
  • Recording and maintaining a proper filing system for all requests forms
  • Receiving , recording and Issuing fuel coupons
  • Attending to minor repairs at Head Office and branches
  • Carrying out administration driving duties
  • Assisting in fleet management of the Bank

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2 A levels
  • Degree/ Diploma in Purchasing / Stores management, Administration or any business qualification
  • One (1) year working experience in administration
  • Experience in a banking environment is an added advantage
  • MUST be a holder of a valid clean class 4 drivers licence
