c) Design and implementation of Human Resources and administration Polices
d) Staff Development and raining
e)Industrial Relations Management
f) Staff Motivation and Conflict Management
g)Crafting Department Budget
h) Human Resource Management
i) Human Resource Committee Management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate must be in possess one of the following qualifications and experience. 
a) At least 3 years post qualification experience in middle management in an administrative or human resources position
b) A degree from a recognised university \ Institution] In administrative, local government, human resources, social science, labour relations\ law, A full CIS is acceptable.
c) At least 30 years old and mature
d) Clean criminal record (police clearance]
e) Clean record of service at managerial level
f) Clean class 4
g) Masters in related degrees will be an added advantage.
