Cassava Smartech is looking for Account Executives to join its Corporate Sales Team. The main purpose of the position is to achieve set business revenue targets through the establishment and relationship management of specific corporate sector and to ensure growth in business volume & amp;
|Qualifications and Experience
• A Degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
• A vocational or professional qualification in Sales will be an added advantage.
• 4 – 6 years’ experience in a similar or related environment.
• Possess excellent presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and Team Management skills.
• Possess good training skills
|Key Result Areas
• Sells tailor made Cassava Smartech products and solutions to corporate customers.
• Identifies and signs up strategic corporate channel partners.
• Initiates and designs offerings and incentives to targeted customers in order to attract customers from competition
• Initiates and proposes appropriate deals to retain and lock in customers and prevent outgoing churn.
• Prospects for new business opportunities within allocated portfolios through presentations.
• Solicits for new business by conducting market assessment surveys and identifying leads in allocated portfolios.
• Plans for account growth, per individual corporate customer account
• Develops relationships at all levels within allocated portfolio.
• Offers first line sales support and trouble shooting for products and services in allocated portifolio.
• Adheres to process and procedures and service level agreements to ensure partner & customer retention.
• Identifies and recommends Strategic partner product training needs and coordinates the training event.
• Recommends to the business on corporate body sponsorship and business partnering events.
• Ensures comprehensive business growth in the sector through key account development
