CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENTS-FIXED TERM (HARARE, BULAWAYO, KWEKWE, MUTARE) – (REF 02/11/2018)
The position exists to ensure excellent customer experience through effective execution Of retail services
Key Performance Areas
- Market Powertel products and services
- Monitor and report on performance of products and services
- Ensures customer satisfaction through timeous attendance to customer queries and request
- Develops and updates client database
- Responsible for cashiering and receipting Any other Tasks that maybe assigned by the Supervisor/Management
Qualifications and Experience
- A Diploma in Marketing/ lnformation Technology/ Sales/Business Studies/Accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in a telecommunications environment distinct advantage
